Light that keeps up with your machine: The LEANLED II delivers bright, flicker-free LED light exactly where the work happens. With a profile of just 31 × 26 mm, the slim light bar fits where conventional luminaires simply won't – on machines, systems and workstations.
The opal white, shatter-free polycarbonate cover diffuses the light evenly and glare-free – easy on the eyes even when the luminaire is mounted directly in your field of vision. Ideal for assembly and inspection workstations with long visual tasks.
- Mounted in minutes: Two pairs of brackets (flat and 360° swivelling) are included – connect via M12 plug to 24 V DC and you're done.
- Grows with the job: Electrically linkable up to a total current of 4 A – several LEANLED II become one continuous light line with a single supply lead. Less wiring, fewer power supplies, a cleaner installation.
- Fatigue-free work: Flicker-free daylight white light (5700 K, 3-step MacAdam) with high colour rendering – edges, contours and surfaces stay clearly visible.
- Maintenance? Practically never: Over 100,000 hours of service life (L80/B10) – no lamp changes, no unplanned downtime.
- Savings every shift: Around 173 lm/W efficacy squeezes maximum brightness out of minimal power consumption.

Warranty statement
General
LED2WORK GmbH grants its customers a warranty against defects in material, design and manufacture. It applies in addition to the statutory rights in respect of defects and does not restrict them. The warranty covers only products manufactured by LED2WORK itself; merchandise such as external power supplies and connecting cables is not covered.
Warranty period
We grant a warranty of five (5) years from the date of delivery. This requires that the product has been installed in accordance with the technical specifications and operating instructions, connected by qualified specialist personnel and used as intended.
Preconditions
Please report the defect within the warranty period and have your proof of purchase showing the date of purchase ready. If the customer claims a material defect, the burden of proof that the device was already defective on receipt of the goods lies with the customer.
Warranty service
During the warranty period, defects and faults occurring on the device will be remedied free of charge, provided they are demonstrably due to defects in material, workmanship or design – at our discretion by repair or replacement. Please return goods complained about only after prior agreement with us.
15 years of spare parts and repair
For up to 15 years from the date of delivery we provide, in the event of a defect and against a paid order, spare parts, repair of the product or delivery of a new product that is mechanically and electrically comparable.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects caused by wear, negligent use or use for purposes other than those intended. Also excluded is damage caused by the use of unsuitable cleaning agents as well as damage resulting from interventions or repairs not carried out by us or by persons authorised and qualified by us. Further claims, in particular for compensation for damage not occurring on the LED light itself, are excluded.
Relation to statutory rights
This warranty applies in addition to the statutory liability for defects and does not restrict it. For newly delivered goods used properly, the liability period for merchants is 36 months after the transfer of risk; details are set out in our general terms and conditions.
